HISTORY
Ginger of the Indies is made in France by a fifth generation family established 1885. Traditional maceration using crushed Asian ginger roots and 100% pure French sugar beet. Finished with a touch of vanilla and orange blossom.
GREAT FOR
Perfect over ice, or in high class cocktails. Use in place of ginger liqueur to take mixed drinks to the next level, or in place of sugar to add exotic spice to any drink. Intensely refreshing when topped with sparkling water
